Welcome to Trans-Aapti. The Journey to sustainable livelihoods of rural transgender persons begins right here. Sustainable livelihood is the key to empowerment. This can be achieved with relevant skills for employment or entrepreneurship. Trans-Aapti is a simple web application designed by NIRDPR for the Community-Based Organisations and NGOs working especially with rural transgender persons to help them discover their employment or entrepreneurship aptitude and interests. Using Trans-Aapti, you can help them make informed decisions and provide choices on areas of work, once they discover their interests. Based on the interests, beneficiaries can be guided to register for training under suitable skill training providers to enhance employability and enterprise skills in the identified sector.
